At My Warrior Yoga, we believe that yoga is more than just a physical practise. It is a way of life that promotes mindfulness, self-awareness, and inner peace. Our goal is to help our students cultivate these qualities through the practise of yoga.

Where your spirit, mind and body meet, is in being human through Health and Fitness activities , it is also where you will find Robert with a great big smile.
Ask Robert where personal energy and peace originate and where they can take you in your life; he’ll show you with great enthusiasm.
Robert’s awareness started a few decades ago as an adolescent doing farm chores where he learned to work in environmental harmony with efficiency, rhythm and fun. He knows the benefits of good posture, muscular strength and balance and stamina.
Robert is committed to lifelong learning and human health is his earnest focus.
He has been exploring and concentrating on every type of movement from Yoga, Qi Gong, Tai Chi and dance to walking, cycling, running and swimming.
Robert has been trained in, and continues to be influenced by, many Yoga and Personal Fitness Trainer programs and helped many clients realize and attain their goals.
He is instructing classes as a Yoga teacher, personal fitness coach, group fitness instructor.
Robert is truly a forest creature, if you look you might find him running and cycling trails throughout the river valleys and mountains.
